Tips on Writing an Objective:
Learning objectives must be written as measurable behavioral objectives that specify what you expect the participant to learn. The hierarchy of behavioral learning is: knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation. Please use the below verb list to assist you in writing effective and measurable objectives.
Examples of measurable objectives:
- The participant will be able to list three or more secondary disabilities associated with the wheelchair user aging with a disability.
- The participant will be able to describe the function of three different power mobility bases.
- Upon completion of the course the participant will be able to list the features of three different categories of computer access technology.
