Kelly Turner
Director of Advocacy People for Quality Care
People for Quality Care is an advocacy organization formed to educate people with disabilities, their families and Medicare beneficiaries about health policy changes that affect their freedom of choice. She came to the position from VGM Financial, where she worked for 14 years assisting vendors and providers to find financial solutions to help purchase home medical equipment. Kelly specializes in networking health advocacy organizations with home medical equipment groups and providers to present a unified front when taking on controversial health policy issues such as competitive bidding. Kelly serves on the boards of the American Red Cross, Brain Injury Association-NE Iowa Chapter and North Star, a rehabilitative services agency serving adults with disabilities.
